Rescue story
After receiving a tip about five abandoned dogs and the remains of another, WEACT went to a breeding facility in Ilpae-dong, Namyangju. It had been two years since our last visit, but the place appeared frozen in time, hardly different from before. The dogs' lives hadn't improved at all, suffering from neglect as the local authorities turned a blind eye. They were left to scavenge for food in constant hunger and forced into continuous breeding and birthing cycles. When the breeder became aware of our rescue attempt, he tried to secretly relocate the dogs under the cover of night. During this process, we also discovered and saved additional mother dogs and their pups hidden in nearby vacant lots, neighboring yards, and even inside homes. Thanks to the assistance of Namyangju Agricultural Technology Center officials, we were able to persuade the unscrupulous breeder to relinquish ownership. With support from the KK9 organization, we successfully rescued all the dogs under the breeder's care. Among them was #weact_soda, who was pregnant at the time and gave birth to #weact_namoo, #weact_mua, #weact_ami, #weact_mita, and #weact_tabel.

Personality
Everyday life sparkles thanks to Namoo's enchanting magic. It's nearly impossible to resist falling for him, especially with his endearingly short four legs. Namoo is incredibly brave, fearlessly leaping from heights to reach his guardian and surprising everyone. He's even known to jump from the couch or bed! His insatiable curiosity leads him to explore every corner of the house, using his mouth and paws to investigate. Overflowing with energy, he happily plays with his siblings and squeaky toys without tiring. While you might initially be drawn to his cuteness, spending time with Namoo becomes increasingly beautiful, and his sheer joy makes leaving him impossible.

With humans
Namoo loves people very much and shows no wariness towards strangers!

With dogs
Namoo hasn't had the opportunity to meet or interact with other dogs so far, aside from his siblings. While with his male siblings, he stands his ground without seeking dominance, instead aiming for peaceful coexistence. However, when he encounters other dogs, his behavior may vary, so please keep a watchful eye on him.

With cats
Namoo hasn't met or lived with cats before.

Energy level
Namoo is very energetic and curious, always eager to explore with his short four legs. Please ensure he gets at least three walks a day and engage him in play with toys as well.

Shedding/Barking
Namoo sheds and barks at times since he's still a puppy. He tends to bark more, especially when he feels trapped or when someone passes by, requesting to be let out.

Needs help with
Namoo is still in the growth phase, and since everything is new to him, it's essential to provide him with appropriate training. This should encompass walks, potty training, kennel training, and opportunities for socialization with both people and other dogs. Additionally, he may attempt to jump from high sofas or beds, so close supervision is necessary to prevent potential leg injuries.

Health specifics
Namoo is still receiving vaccinations, so regular visits to the vet are necessary. As he continues to grow, he may develop reactions to external antigens, such as allergies. While he is currently very healthy, please ensure you continue to provide him with proper care even after he reaches full maturity.

Ideal family
As a puppy, Namoo requires plenty of attention. An ideal home for him would be one where he won't be left alone for extended periods and without young children. Please also assist him when dealing with high steps. Since he's still in the growth stage, predicting his eventual size and personality accurately is impossible. Therefore, it's crucial not to adopt Namoo solely on his external appearance and the expectation that he will always be as cute as he is now. Additionally, because of his young age, there may be some training challenges. During these tough moments, instead of succumbing to negative emotions, reflect on the enjoyable memories with Namoo and the happiness you will share in the future. Namoo is eagerly awaiting a lifelong family that is both responsible and capable of providing him with love.
